My dear sweet student, Brooke, did one of the nicest things a student has ever done for me. She made me a pie for my birthday! Yes, a very yummy, peanut butter pie! I was so happy and surprised this morning when she walked in with it, that I had to give her a big hug! What a way to start my day!
Alek is gone all this week, so I celebrated my birthday pie with just Dane and Ryleigh. I had to use the camera timer to get myself in the photos, so the two of me aren't the greatest, ha ha.
Dane asked very nicely if he could blow out my candles. Of course, I said yes!
It was very delicious, thick and rich! We all loved it! Mmmmmmm!
