Happy Father's Day!

We had a wonderful father's day yesterday! First Dane gave Alek his present which was a photo frame of Dane's thumbprints with a photo of him playing with the hose. We then went to a baby petting zoo at the War Memorial and Dane also got to see a "big truck on water." Then in the afternoon we went over to Matt and Angie's for a father's day dinner. The boys had a lot of fun playing with shovels and toy trucks and everyone realy enjoyed watching Alek pull out a big stump with his winch. For dinner, Angie and Abby had a rib cook-off. Both were very excellent and hard to choose which was better.

"More Water"

Dane loves to play with the hose. He will often ask me to go outside to play with "more water." He likes to water my flowers and spray my car, the house, or the pavement. I love it too because it keeps him preoccupied, and I can just sit on the steps and watch and relax!
In these pictures he is 21.5 months. Shortly after this, we started potty training, so he is no longer in diapers. He caught on real quick for peeing in the potty, but is taking longer with pooping in it. We are working on it though =)

"I'm okay mommy!"
