Not too much is new around here. The weather is slowly starting to warm up. Today after school I was so excited to drive home in the bright sunshine and be able to roll down my car window a bit to get some fresh air. Granted, it was only 32 degrees out, but it sure felt warm compared to our below zero weather. I am hoping to get outside more now and go for walks after school :-)
Alek and I are very busy this month! This week he is in Georgia for Army stuff, next week I am in Detroit for school conferences, and then the following week Alek is off to Missouri for more Army stuff. He also had drill this weekend and had to work very long, late hours. I am starting to feel like the Army sees my husband more than I do. Just kidding.
Next Monday, the one day Alek and I are both home this month, we have our next doctor's appointment and ultra sound. If all goes well, we will get to find out what the baby is. We have been discussing names and like Rileigh Reay Willson for a girl, but haven't been able to agree on a boy name yet. Last week, I
jokingly mentioned that if it was a boy, we could name it Finnigan, and I laughed. However, Alek looked at me seriously and said he really liked that name. OH NO! LOL! Now I can't get him to stop mentioning it. That's the last time I joke around about baby names, ha ha ha. Anyways, as soon as we find out what the sex is, I will be sure to post it along with the ultra sound pictures.
Hope everyone is doing well, and Alek, baby, and I send our love!
